Shipping Policy

Our ordered goods is delivered anywhere in India, with a proper pin code number and complete address, most probably in urban parts of country, where courier services are operational. We do not deliver your ordered goods to P.O Box address.

Delivery of your ordered goods will be generally done during the normal working hours and may differ from city to city and also Country to Country. Normally, it would take 5 to 7 days for domestic shipment and 10 to 12 days for International shipment to get it delivered at its destination. No ordered goods will be shipped on sundays and holidays, as our company remains closed, unless in some exceptional cases.

Shipping rates for domestic and international goods would vary as per its size and weight of the shipment. Kindly note that all the products will be shipped from our Surat, (Gujarat), India head quarters, free of Cost. The goods shipped by Subhash Sarees & Industries Pvt. Ltd. (SSIPL) are fully insured at no extra cost to our valued customers.

SSIPL will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages after being delivered at customer’s address by postal / courier agency.

A notification of shipment of your order, will be sent to you through email or on your Whatsapp number with tracking number.

No alteration request related to your order will be entertained once the ordered is dispatched. :

  • Due to incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and pincode do not match, the customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees charged by courier company and we will not bear any charges. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 to 20 days and then reprocess/reship the order.

Return/Replacement/Refund Policy

Customer’s satisfaction is our main motto. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following T&C apply for a mutually consented resolution.

We at SSIPL, have a strong Quality Check department. The ordered sarees are being dispatched to our client after overall quality check. Hence, no exchange would be entertained for the ordered material, unless in genuine cases, defective or damaged product will be replaced within 07 days’ time, that too at the sole discretion of SSIPL.

Request for cancellations of orders once placed on shall not be entertained.

If you have received a damaged product please inform us within a week of receiving the same. After a week no complain will be entertained with respect to that particular product.
